  Had a problem with my lights on my car , I dropped in to Halfords over my lunch break yesterday and got first class service in 15' minutes I was back safely on the road . The staff perfect gentleman .

  Customer service is amazing, I rang up to make sure the item I needed was in stock (which it was ) as this store is quite a bit away from me but when I arrived, the item was not there. No fault of the store, or staff, but the manager rang me the next day after I filled out the online survey and has sorted everything for me. I'm so pleased with the customer service i received. The store manager has done everything possible to make my shopping experience better when I left the store. In store staff are also pleasant and helpful.
