I am disabled using 2 Crutches I think the staff in Christmas gift and handbag dept are outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. They helped me before Christmas with my purchases and yesterday the young lady on the till was amazing very helpful and friendly . She even got me a seat while I waited for my friends who had gone upstairs. Well done girls and THANK YOU. Susan Mc Veigh
